What relates more to your artwork? Idealized beauty or realism?

My characters are lifelike, but my backdrops are often idealized.

Idealized beauty is key to a successful painting.

Realism is the ONLY way to survive in my world. My work is on fleek.

My landscapes are as real as it gets but my figures are somewhere in between.

I prefer to idealize figures while representing realistic settings.

Who are your patrons?

I am equally known for my religious commissions as well as my personal portrait commissions by aristocrats.

My patrons consist entirely of members of the church.

My patrons are aristocrats looking to fill their homes with collections of my work.

Everyone. Literally.

Many of my patrons are members of the church but I also do portraiture. I'm a people pleaser.

What kind of person would people think you are when looking at your artwork?

Most people would assume I have OCD. Did you just move my paintbrush? There's a place for that.

Pious and devout.

Everyone already knows who I am. I'm the bomb-dot-com.

People would think I'm simplistic and melo-dramatic.

Quiet and laidback. I'm a pretty chill dude.

When it comes to your artwork, what's your preferred color scheme?

I prefer bright, vibrant primary colors.

I use a lot of dark colors to set the mood.

My artwork consists of mostly dark undertones with a pop of primary color here and there.

I use pale, hushed tones for most of my artwork.

I do it all, though I'm most famous for my black and white's.

What kind of artwork do you prefer to make?

Paintings that look plain at first glance but contain hidden meanings.

I prefer to paint large religious images with exact detail.

Most of my artwork is religous and featured in churches.

I do it all, but engravings and printmaking are my thing.

Though I dabble in self portraits, small devotional images are my main focus.

Which characteristic relates to your artwork the most?

My artwork shows my inspiration, but also has a style unique to me.

My artwork is simple but has complex meanings behind it that are not always clear.

My artwork shows how awesome/intellegent/amazing I am and reflects my otherwordly interests.

My artwork reflects my beliefs. I have nothing to hide!

My artwork is minutely detailed. Perfection is what I aim for.

Which characteristic is most relevant to your career plan?

I will do anything and everything to follow my dreams, even if I have to leave home for it.

I'm outta here first chance I get. I want to paint the classics, baby!

I am mutli-talented. I always have a plan B if plan A doesn't succeed.

It's what you do AND who you know. I'm climbing that social ladder!

I know what I'm good at and I stick to it, but I also know how to capitalize on a good thing.

Would you be willing to travel for your artwork and inspiration?

Nope. I come when I'm called, but it better be close to home.

I'll move around if neccessary, but once I'm comfortable I'll stay put.

Home is nice and all, but the grass is greener on the other side of the Alps. Peace!

Home is where the hearth is; I'm never leaving.

I go where the wind takes me. How else will I get noticed?
